Meet The Assistant Director: Amy Knierim
Amy Knierim is starting her first year at Lake Ridge as an English teacher and assistant drill team instructor, and she is beginning her 18th year in education. She has previously taught and coached cheer in Castleberry ISD, Crowley ISD, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, and Birdville ISD.
She received her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lubbock Christian University and her Masters in Higher Education from Abilene Christian University.
Amy has one daughter, Paige, who is a junior in high school. She also has two dogs, Gretchen and Oliver.
She has a passion for working with students and loves learning new things from them. She is very excited about working with the Eagle Elite and being part of the Lake Ridge family.
